Special Day
Those of you that have been following this blog long enough know why I decided to start it, a year ago I woke up with a severe headache that wouldnt go away and still hasnt, doctors havent been able to diagnose it and kinda gave up after several studies/therapy. Sometimes I can cope & sometimes I cant, sometimes it wont let me sleep at all, its... difficult. Being relaxed helps me to not focus on the pain and I often listen to songs like the ones I post to be calm. So yeah, I'll keep on sharing what relaxes me in hopes it can do the same for you.
